OUTRO — A Cinematic Epilogue

Photography & Cinematic Elements by Stelios Papardelas

Based on Jean-Luc Lagarce’s Juste la fin du monde, OUTRO is a powerful theatrical exploration of family, identity, and the violence of silence. Directed by Konstantinos Vasilakopoulos, the production dives deep into the emotional terrain of a son returning home to confront the ghosts of his past and the wounds of unspoken truths.

My collaboration with the production was immersive and multidimensional. I created the promotional photo campaign, directed and filmed the trailer, and took part in the live performance itself—operating a handheld one-shot camera on stage for two hours each night, interwoven with the actors as a silent, moving presence. This footage was projected live during the show, blurring the lines between cinema and theatre.

In this gallery, you’ll find a visual narrative that includes behind-the-scenes moments, portrait stills, and images from the stage. Each frame is a reflection of the raw intensity, vulnerability, and craft that shaped this extraordinary production.
